Shipping and Fulfillment Info

Nobody wants you to enjoy your purchase more than us!  And we know that the faster you can get your items, the better.  That's why we have created several convenient shipping offerings in order to serve you better.

Flat-rate shipping (US Only)

We are a small, family-run business, and we know that everything has a cost, and that includes getting your purchases out to you quickly and efficiently, wherever you may live.  But we also know that a business that saddles their customers with exorbitant shipping rates is not the way we want to do it.  So, in the interest of cooperation, we've incorporated a flat-rate shipping price.  Total orders that weigh from zero to five pounds is only $6.  Total orders that weigh over 5 pounds is only $14.  This is for shipping within the continental United States.  Our preferred delivery method is United States Postal Service, but we will utilize other carriers (ie: UPS, FedEx, etc.) if we can get your items to you faster or more efficiently.  If you have a preference or questions, please contact us at customerservice@unomodosursum.com. Free, Local Pickup/Delivery   

In some cases, it might just be more convenient to meet up and have us bring your order to you!  The vast majority of items will be shipped from our Operations Center located in Streamwood, IL 60107.  If you happen to live within 30 miles of that area, or in the metro Chicagoland area, you can arrange local pickup/or delivery of your order!  The delivery address you input during the checkout process will determine whether or not you qualify for this option; however, it never hurts to ask!  Please contact us at customerservice@unomodosursum.com with any inquiries, preferably before you begin the checkout process. 

If you select the Local Pickup/Delivery option, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order to arrange fulfillment of your purchase.  Don't forget to reference your order number!  We will contact you with available delivery or meet up time windows as these may vary,  It can be as easy as saying, "Hey, we'll meet you at church with your stuff!"     

International Shipping (Including Hawaii, US Territories)

Currently, the only options we have for international deliveries are through approved Shopify couriers, in areas approved by Shopify.  These couriers may include UPS, DHL, USPS, etc. and orders are subject to rates set forth by those couriers.  The address you input at checkout and the weight of the package will determine the rate. 

Regardless of which delivery method you opt for, we will stay in touch via tracking number, SMS, or email to update your delivery status.

 

Order Fulfillment 

You will receive a confirmation email detailing your transaction with us within an hour of completing your order.  Charges occur at the time of transaction.  We will process your order within 24 hours and send another email when its on it's way.  Once your order has shipped, you will receive confirmation, carrier, ETA and tracking information at this time.  You can expect your order within 3 to 5 business days or sooner, a little longer for international shipments.  If you have questions about your delivery date or would like to change order details, contact us and we'd be delighted to help!

Changed your mind?  Made a mistake?  It happens!  You can cancel your order before it ships by contacting us at customerservice@unomodosursum.com.  Please note, once an order has shipped, cancellations will need to be processed as a return/refund.  Please refer to that policy in Returns, Exchanges, Refunds.
